This year's Spring Fair saw Fujifilm UK showcase a selection of professional imaging equipment including Hewlett Packard and Epson large format printers and a range of high specification software and media.
Leading the pack was the new HP Designjet Z3100 24in printer, said to offer high-end colour and quality results with accurate detail and efficient processing. The system has been developed to help photographers, graphic designers and artists achieve perfect reproduction, drawing on a host of features such as a built-in Eye-One spectrophotometer from X-Rite for automatic colour adjustment and ICC profiling. The Z3100 also offers an easy print interface, which enables it to switch between photo and matt black inks for those working with both photo media and fine art canvases.
Equipment was running with HP Vivera pigment inks, HP Quad-Black Inks for black-and-white prints and a new HP 70 Gloss Enhancer to eliminate image bronzing. The printer is compatible with all Fujifilm inkjet media, including matt fine art papers and glossy photo papers for photographic and creative design applications.
Lastly, visitors to the stand were invited to take advantage of the latest Green Box Bundle, which features an Epson or HP printer, RIP software, a monitor profiling system, fine art media plus installation and training.
