OYO TechStyler gets new pricing for FESPA 2011
OYO Instruments Europe are pleased to announce a major price reduction on its best selling OYO TechStyler Imagesetter for the FESPA Fabric Exhibition in Hanover .
The OYO TechStyler is the workhorse for T Shirt screen printers worldwide with its ability to output high quality half tone film positives at high speed > a typical T Shirt size film separation outputs in under two minutes at up to 85lpi. All OYO imagers output between 30-54 linear feet of film per hour, up to 10 times faster than an equivalent inkjet solution and with superior UV densities and screen rulings.
The TechStyler has always been the Professional T Shirt Screen printers choice for high quality film positives. As the TechStyler uses no ink, toners or chemicals the half tone dot is perfectly formed within the film itself, offering minimal dot gain and being completely protected by the film top coat so the film can be reused again and again.
With a new European list price of only 4,995.00 euros the TechStyler is now much more affordable as well, especially as this price includes an Industry standard Harlequin PostScript level 3 RIP Kit for Mac OSX or Windows.
OYO's environmentally friendly ThermoImpression imagesetters are purpose built for the Screen, Pad and Flexo printing industries and are chemistry free, requiring no darkroom, chemicals, inks or toners. They are used worldwide producing film positives and negatives for applications such as POP, Posters, Banners, Labels, Textile and Flexo printing.
OYO will also be showing the new MHM compatible registration system for its Direct to Screen systems. This system will be shown at FESPA Fabric with the OYO Goblin Direct to Screen System. The system works with standard and Newman roller frames and ensures ‘drop-in’ perfect registration on an MHM press.
The OYO GOBLIN DTS is the fastest and most flexible Direct to Screen system on the market. The full width Thermal print head can image at up to 15 linear inches per minute, much faster than conventional inkjet based technology, applying an image mask to conventionally coated screens in 1-2 minutes per frame. The washable mask is applied with a thermal transfer process that eliminates the use of film, ink, toner, and chemicals and outputs a stencil directly onto the Screen, thereby removing the interim step of having to produce a Film Positive. When fitted with a registration system the resulting screens are perfectly registered and ready for press resulting in substantial labour savings.
