Océ's Arizona 250 GT combines flatbed and roll-to-roll capabilities in a single inkjet printer

Visitors to the Océ stand will see the Arizona 250 GT, a flatbed and roll-to-roll UV cure inkjet printer said to offer near-photographic quality and high productivity.

Capable of printing onto rigid media up to 1.25 by 2.5m and up to 48mm thick, the optional roll-to-roll module means the system can also print onto flexible media up to 2.2m wide. It uses four-colour CMYK UV curable inks and Océ VariaDot imaging technology to provide good image resolution and a true production print speed of 16m2 per hour.

Capable of producing a variety of display graphics, Océ suggests the Arizona 250 GT can be used for point-of-purchase displays, limited-term signage, banners, backlit and reflective rigid displays, transit advertising and directional signage. Its ability to print on flexible media also means it can be used for unusual applications such as custom furniture, glasswork, fixture enhancement or even fine art.
