TTF will be demonstrating a new Fiab travelling head welding machine designed for finishing banners and building wraps printed on PVC, mesh or coated fabrics.
The Fiab machine has a 1,000mm long welding bar and can be set up on a track from four to 60m. Utilising HF welding instead of heat, the system is said to offer a number of benefits including reduced fume production which eliminates the need for extraction. Operation is also silent and because the machine welds from the inside out, it does not burn material.
