Dibond digital has been developed to provide optimum results with flatbed digital printing. The material features a stove enamelled surface designed for excellent ink adhesion, resulting in accurate and durable imaging.

In cross hatch tests (used to test coatings and inks adhesion), Dibond digital achieved zero: the best possible result. Improved ink adhesion can help improve production speed and productivity.

Foam-X New is designed to offer the advantages of a polyurethane core to Foam-X foamboard. The material suits screen and digital printing, mounting and punching. The company states it offers excellent flatness and compatibility with solvent-based inks and adhesives.

Visitors can register for Alcan Composites’ ‘Test the Best’ large format sample packs, to try new materials on their own imaging equipment.
