HP’s FB6700 flatbed industrial digital inkjet press now features an in-line lamination option

HP’s stand will feature a wide range of digital imaging solutions including its Scitex FB6700 flatbed industrial digital inkjet press, now with a new in-line lamination option.

The press is designed to offer the advantages of digital processes to rigid-media printing, making it ideal for PoP displays, samples, short-run packages and exhibition stands. A new software upgrade will be announced during the show.

Based on the TJ8300 platform, HP’s TJ8500 expands supported media to include untreated materials such as offset and screen papers, plus uncoated synthetic materials.

HP will also demonstrate its Designjet 10000s series, which can help print service providers, sign shops and screen printers boost their business by producing durable high-quality signage up to 2,640mm wide. Capable of producing signage at speeds of up to 30m2/hr the Designjet 10000s can print super-wide format, long-lasting signs, banners, billboards, wall murals and window/vehicle graphics up to 720 by 720dpi.

Regarding inks, visitors can discover more about HP Scitex XL400 Supreme Inks. These are HP’s latest eight-colour, pigmented solvent-based inks optimised for XL1200 and XL1500 printing systems.
