Flowmation helps improve customer service, efficiency and asset management
Capital Print & Display has installed a Flowmation web-based project communication system to boost its competitiveness. Part of an ongoing investment that will see the company move into a new Beckton waterfront factory, the Flowmation system will help Capital improve customer service, efficiency and asset management.
Flowmation is designed to eliminate inefficiencies by letting users control projects in a structured way. Improved co-ordination, combined with a system of reminder alerts for action deadlines, helps reduce waiting periods and speeds time-to-project completion. Flowmation also incorporates remote approval tools allowing project documents to be viewed across the internet. Stakeholders, including designers, production, ad sales and clients, can collaborate and communicate 24/7 online.
Capital Print & Display’s head of sales and marketing, Russell Tookey, said: “Good relationships with our customers are a top priority and the way we communicate with them about their projects is key to maintaining those relationships. We are constantly striving to enhance our customers’ experience as we work with them to produce a job from brief to final product. Flowmation enables us to interact smoothly, not only with the client but also with the many other people involved in the creation of a successful campaign and this will help improve customer service.”
