Agfa’s newly announced XL2 and M are now available from B&P Graphic Systems. The first of these, the XL2, is a 2.5m printer with a maximum resolution of 727 by 800dpi for outputting at speeds of up to 29m2/hour onto rigid and flexible materials.
This is a six-colour UV-curable system, with optional white, and suits interior/exterior signs and displays.
The Anapurna M is designed as a low cost UV-curable option with 1.6m bed, again capable of printing onto rigid and flexible materials. This six-colour 1,440dpi machine prints at 14m2/hour in poster mode and 7m2/hour in photo quality.
