Dean Terry who has been appointed customer service executive at Ink Technologies

Ink Technologies has continued to grow its team to keep pace with customer demand. The newest member is Dean Terry who has been appointed customer service executive. Dean has been with ITL for four-years and was previously responsible for national and worldwide dispatch.

Dean is already well known to ITL’s customer base and his natural ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with worldwide customers meant he was the ideal candidate.

Sales and marketing manager, Shaun Holdom, said: “Dean has always been an integral part of the ITL team and will go on to be a fundamental driving force in customer relationship management. Dean has several years of knowledge in all aspects of our industry and with customer satisfaction being his number one priority he was the natural choice for the new role.”
