UK file transfer and workflow specialist, Pro2col, has acquired the file transfer division of German company, Hermstedt. Pro2col has established an office in Germany and secured technical and sales resources, which will enable it to offer both UK and German customers a high level of service.
Managing director of Pro2col, James Lewis, said: “Pro2col has acquired the rights to manufacture StingRay and all of the Leonardo communication products. A development roadmap will be implemented and we will be speaking directly with all known users of the StingRay server to get their input on features they would like to see included in new releases. We also intend to introduce our entire product range to Germany over the coming months. To support this growth, we have secured the services of key personnel from Hermstedt, who will be based in Germany, to ensure continued service and a smooth transition.”
