Understanding the UK market
Sponsored by Fespa and available through your local Association, this is what you have been waiting for after months of research: the UK Market Report. Available free to DSPA members and incredibly good value at £250 to non DSPA members
The Digital & Screen Printing Association is constantly besieged for the type of information available in this report. Thanks to Fespa and DSPA president, Peter Kiddell, it has arrived.
The markets examined comprise those traditionally known as point-of-sale, graphics and industrial printing. This survey provides readers with up-to-date market information, plus a vision of the future as envisaged by current market leaders.
One clear observation is that these are rapidly changing markets. Processes include: large format digital printing, screen printing, large format offset litho and to a lesser extent digital display screens.
Those surveyed are companies using these technologies and providing a service (printers) to end users (media buyers), companies supplying these technologies (ink and equipment suppliers) and end users. As well as actual statistics on market size and development there are indications how process technologies are likely to evolve.
The survey can be provided on CD in PDF format (or via ftp website). Statistics are shown graphically and numerically. Links point to internet references that provide additional information. Information is easy to digest and relevant to business. The survey was carried out by process experts who have a deep market understanding and access to key decision makers.
