Support leaves users high and dry
Created to offer 24/7 support in the UK, the Adphos Group has launched a new service company to support its accelerated drying systems.
Accessed via a multi lingual helpline, Adphos-Eltosch Service aims to offer UK customers improved response times and dedicated English language expertise, with advice from specialist service engineers as well as local country support.
Dialling the 0845 6022218 helpline gives access to support on a number of accelerated drying technologies from UV, IR and thermo-air systems to near infra-red (NIR) cool radiation technology. The new company will provide spares, servicing and breakdown support alongside installation and start-up services for new purchases.
Director and general manager of AdPhos UK, David Pelling, said:
