Spartanics and Systec have announced a partnership to provide custom-engineered screen printing systems. The deal is designed to help screen printers maximize yield in applications including flexible circuitry, nameplates, textile transfers, RFID, automotive parts and aeronautics parts.

Systems are built on the Klemm press which has seen software and components upgrades since Spartanics obtained rights to Klemm systems two years ago.

Spartanics president, Tom O’Hara, said: “We are combining Systec engineers’ 25-years in the screen printing industry with Spartanics’ 45-years serving the graphic arts industry, and the similar emphasis in both companies on using modular design principles, best-in-class machine components, and state-of-art software engineering. Our strength is in custom order systems built to the exact parameters of what each screen printer needs.”

Systec’s general manager, Reinhard Zimmermann added: “The Systec/ Spartanics global sales and service organisation is set up to do extensive consultations to identify all required system parameters and to continue to do so as customer needs evolve. Our partnership model extends to our customers too. We ensure that our screen printer customers have exactly the right equipment they need to do both current jobs and meet the challenges of new products as new market demands develop over time.”
