Suitable for use on a variety of coloured rigid substrates, Gandinnovations' new high density UV curable white ink is claimed to achieve a brilliant white in one pass with no shadow effect. This is achieved using a proprietary manufacturing process to disperse more pigment into the formula, while maintaining a stable sub-micron white ink suspension.

The ink is designed to adhere to materials such as corrugated plastic, styrene, PVC, acrylic and even exotic substrates like metals, leather and brown cardboard stock. It can also be used as a spot colour on coloured, or even transparent, media.

Manufactured using a flexible formula, Gandinnovations claims the ink will not crack when the rigid substrate is bent 360 degrees. Outdoor life is also said to be good, with no discolouration or cracking. Like all Gandi UV-curable inks, it is also 100 per cent solvent-free with no volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
