Holland and Crosby's customers are particularly impressed with the gloss settings produced by the company's new Inca Digital Onset

Investment in an Inca Digital Onset printer has enabled point of sale marketing specialist, Holland and Crosby, to improve its internal process control resulting in better quality, service and price for its clients. Supplied by Fujifilm Sericol, it is claimed to be the first Inca Digital Onset to be installed in North America.

Holland and Crosby's marketing director, August Petrolo, said: "Materials created on the Onset will have tremendous impact in retail environments. Customers are commenting that the full-colour digital printing is striking and they are particularly impressed with the quality of the gloss settings, which are offered in satin or gloss."

With the addition of the Onset, Holland and Crosby has also been able to enhance its service offering, with fast turnaround and customisation on print jobs. With minimal preparation for digital files, time to print is fast, and depending on print run size and workload, the company can now produce 5 by 10ft posters with next day delivery. Customers in the retail sector will also be interested in the ability to customise each sign individually, producing different messages according to location or region for example. Finally, because the Onset can be operated by one person, it offers maximum cost efficiency.

Petrolo concluded: "Retailers can order high quality materials with fast delivery times at low cost. It gives them the opportunity to extend their campaigns by adding another project to their marketing plans without increasing their initial budget."
