Retail display specialist, Bartuf Systems, has acquired AGD Signs, a digital print company with facilities for large format screen printing. This will extend Bartuf's service offering into signage design, production and installation, plus corporate vehicle livery manufacture using digital and screen print technology.

Existing customers will see added value and Bartuf will continue to supply AGD Sign's portfolio of clients, which includes Jacksons Foodstores, Sainsbury's, WM Morrisons Supermarkets, McDonalds Restaurants and OneStop.

The team and services offered by AGD will remain the same with the addition of a new commercial manager, Terry Horscraft, who brings 30-years industry experience to the role.

CEO at Bartuf Systems, Chris Lord, said: “We are delighted with this acquisition and excited about working alongside AGD employees and clients. AGD Signs will be a subsidiary of Bartuf and will trade as Bartuf Graphics. As part of our long-term business plan, we will be looking to invest in the latest equipment to enhance the range of print we can offer.”
