Designed to deliver a finishing solution for a wide range of materials, EskoArtwork's Kongsberg i-XL series will be available for demonstration at Sign and Digital UK. The equipment can be used with plywood, acrylics, polycarbonates, Dibond, rigid PVC, wood, corrugated cardboard and high pressure laminates and is said to complement the growth of digital sign and display printing by providing an automated and precise finishing solution.

During the show, EskoArtwork will also demonstrate the i-cut 6.2 vision control system and i-script workflow, said to offer registration and control for die-less cutting contours to match printed images. The i-cut camera measures each printed object using register marks to define the position and compensate for any dimensional changes, distortions or material variations like shrinkage or stretching.

EskoArtwork sales manager for UK and Ireland, Paul Bates, said: "Growth in the sign and display market is driven by companies with leading edge creative design and the capabilities to bring their ideas to fruition. The Kongsberg i-XL range is a great investment for the wide format digital printer looking for a profitable finishing solution. Its versatility and productivity will help printers to win new business in the sign and display marketplace."

In the UK, EskoArtwork is supported by Mill Pond Graphics, Litho Supplies and Raster Print, who will also be demonstrating the Kongsberg i-XL20 samplemaking table at the show.

Other highlights from EskoArtwork include its packaging software solution designed to support the packaging supply chain, from brand owner to retailer. EskoArtwork will demonstrate how its workflow solution handles a range of functions, from job and product specification, through graphic and structural design to pre-production operations.
