Stars of the screen
Screen printing specialist, Dave Renton, has added two new lines to its portfolio: Inpro's automatic screen reclaiming and stencil developing units for point of sale and textile screen printers and Ser.Tec's semi automatic screen printing presses for point of sale and glass screen printing. Ser.Tec also manufactures a range of heat presses, gas and electric dryers and a t-shirt folding machine.
Other equipment available from the supplier includes screen printing systems from Dal Pont Engineering as well as a range of robotic take off systems for both the graphics and textile industries. Dal Pont' automatic t-shirt take off unit for manual and automatic presses features a three gripper device said to brake the t-shirt away from the pallet adhesive without stretching or damaging the shirt. The speed and velocity can be adjusted, as well as the width of the grippers which can accommodate different pallet sizes.
Customers can also specify from a range of Grafco graphic and textile inks, which are plastisol, PVC and phthalate free. Users can customise their own inks with a ready mixed water base, which it is claimed can be left on the screen for more than 24 hours without drying. Grafco also supplies various printable glitters.
