Full bodied support for UV flatbed
NCS has signed a distribution agreement to support the full range Rho large format inkjet printers in the UK, including the new Rho Pictor compact UV flatbed. This compact version of the Rho 600 incorporates Quadro Array printhead technology and can be upgraded with additional printing features such as white ink printing and selective varnish.
Sales director of NCS, Tony Newton, said: “Durst has a reputation for innovation and quality, which fits with our portfolio. We have invested to support the sales operation with a new sales manager, ex sales director of Sun Chemicals, Garry Brown, as well as installing a demo unit.
“Large format inkjet printing represents significant business for us and we see Durst as the cornerstone. We are also able to provide value added elements such as workflow, internet e-procurement in addition to servicing, inks and consumables available from three locations throughout the UK.”
