Noriphan HTR screen printing ink is designed for the film insert moulding technique. It can be back printed on  polycarbonate films, such as Makrofol and PC-blend films such as Bayfol.

For 3D products, an additional forming step of the decorated films is an option. Formed films are trimmed and inserted into the cavity of the injection moulding press. Finally the decorated films are back-moulded directly onto the printed side with PC/ABS.

Noriphan HTR is formulated to be flexible, while resisting the high resin temperature during the injection process. In the final product the ink layers are sandwiched between the PC film and resin.

Processing of transparent and opaque shades allows the production of backlit panels.
