Film profiles available online
Users of the Roland Soljet Pro III series wide format inkjet printers can now download free profiles for five different self-adhesive digital media from Kay Premium Marking Films. Profiles for the XC-540, XJ-640 and XJ-740 are available via the Roland website, by selecting Media Profiles from the download section.
The KPMF products profiled include two vehicle wrapping films: the 100-micron hybrid K88011 - better known as VWS 1 - and the 50-micron matt cast vinyl K75211, which is the printable component of VWS 2.
Also profiled are three multi-purpose 75-micron white calendered vinyls: the three-year life K42011 monomeric glossy film and the five-year K52011 and K53011 gloss and matt polymerics.
