Cut ink costs with no flushing
ITL has introduced two new inkjet ink solutions for wide-format solvent-based digital printers.
EvoSol eco-solvent low odour and non-flammable inks are designed to offer good scratch, abrasion and alcohol resistance on supported printer models. Owners of Mimaki, Mutoh and Roland printers can convert from OEM to EvoSol inks without flushing out the printer and as the inks are a true colour match there is no need to write new ICC profiles or to adjust existing ones. The inks are designed to run in high-speed and high-quality print modes and are formulated to produce a wide colour gamut, along with durability, fast-drying properties and reliability.
ITL's JS2 inks are designed for use with all Mimaki JV3 and JV5 printers, regardless of the printer's age or firmware version. These full solvent inks are capable of printing photo-realistic images on coated and uncoated substrates with good alcohol, scratch and abrasion resistance. A strong individual colour density and a simple changeover from OEM inks, with no need for flushing, means users should benefit from cost savings of around 30 per cent when compared to OEM inks.
Both inks are produced in the UK at ITL's ISO9001 certified production facility and can be purchased in pre-filled 220 and 440ml chipped cartridges. Inks are also available in bulk 500ml, one litre, five litre and 25 litre containers, suitable for use with refillable cartridge systems.
