The Sign Show - Applying intelligent solutions

Throughout the show William Smith will be demonstrating the RollsRoller Flatbed Applicator, together with one of the newest additions to its portfolio, the Mutoh Blizzard inkjet printer.

Marketing manager, Chris Bradley, said: "Our aim is to enable smaller signmakers in particular to increase productivity and profitability and enhance the services they offer. With this in mind, we have recently become a re-seller of the Mutoh Blizzard and Spitfire ink jet printing machines."

Both the Blizzard and Spitfire feature Mutoh's Intelligent Weaving technology, which is claimed to provide superior print quality and clarity of image for both photo and sign printing. Ink is applied in wave forms instead of straight lines, which is said to eliminate problems associated with spot colour such as banding and mottling resulting in a more intense image density.

Bradley continued: "The RollsRoller Flatbed Applicator is an invaluable asset for sign manufacturers large and small. It is easy to install, space saving, offers increased productivity and efficiency and provides a safer working environment. Because it can be operated by a single person, the RollsRoller is cost efficient. It can enable sign makers to increase profitability, discover new ways of working and open up new business opportunities."

William Smith offers full installation, training and technical back-up for both the Mutoh printers and RollsRoller.
