Web-based inquiry and procurement system, Print Support, has been enhanced so that suppliers can register for free. The site, which is used by print buyers and printing companies to purchase paper and outsource jobs, can now be utilised across the entire purchasing process, with no additional costs.
Director of Hiflex Print Support, Thomas Reichhart, explained: "The introduction of the free standard version means vendors and buyers have the opportunity to make enquiries, submit offers and process orders for free, via an e-procurement solution.
"We also offer an additional service for professional customers, who are listed in the Print Support supplier database for the basic, product and technical search. Buyers use this to look for suppliers in their area or for manufacturers of special products. When a buyer has found a supplier they can import all the contact details into their database."
