An open door policy ensures DCP Systems' new centre of excellence is accessible to both photographers and fine art professionals keen to find out more about the company's large format Epson printers, scanners and projectors. These, along with various media and inks, will be available for demonstration, training and seminars at the Sheffield facility.

Managing director, Darren Walker, said: "We have invested in additional equipment to enhance our interactive demonstration facilities. Our open-door policy will encourage photographers and fine art professionals to work with us and Epson to push the boundaries of large format printing and imaging to produce the finest results possible."

On-site, visitors will find the full suite of Epson large format printers, from the desktop 3800 to the 64in wide 11880, which is ideal for fine art and photographic work as well as proofing in display and exhibition environments. DCP combines this with an in house colour management and profiling solution designed to help customers calibrate monitors, scanners, projectors, media and ink profiling, from digital camera to final output.

Customers are invited to bring artwork, digital images, photos, transparencies and other files for demonstration and output on to any media or substrate using Epson ink technology.

Walker concludes: "We are excited about how we can meet the needs of the wedding photographer here. We now have HD projector facilities enabling us to view images onto a screen or a wall for high impact and colour correct from camera to projection."
