Seal Graphics has added UV Sol Lam laminates to its range of films and digital print media. This durable range of pressure-sensitive, solvent-based PVC lamination films are claimed to protect and enhance the finish of all digital output, especially prints using UV-cured inks.
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, the films provide a life of five and three years respectively, with finishes in matte, semi-matte and gloss. UV protection is provided in the form of UV absorbers in the adhesive system designed to protect against damage and fade caused by UVA and UVB exposure.
All finishes utilise a release liner which is a silicone-coated, yellow glassine and are available in roll sizes from 1040 to 1540mm wide in 50 or 100m lengths.
