    Dufaylite used a recent exhibition to highlight its range of ultra lightweight boards which suit flat bed digital printers. Honeycomb board is designed to offer exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, ideal for lightweight, rigid board applications like suspended or wall-mounted signs. The honeycomb also imparts load-bearing properties so the material can be used in PoP and PoS units.

    MacDermid Autotype has launched a hard coated polyester film specially designed to offer antimicrobial protection for hospital surfaces. The film, SIGMAGraF Shield AM, combines Microban antimicrobial technology with industrial-strength protection against solvents and cleaning chemicals. In addition, the material can provide impact and abrasion resistance above ordinary laminates, ensuring all surfaces and signage remain protected for both patients and staff at all times.
