Carbon-look film joins the cast
Hexis has launched a new cast vinyl with a carbon fibre look destined for wrapping applications. The new line will be promoted via a dedicated mini-site: ilovehx.com.
Part of the HX30000 series, the carbon cast is a multi-layered 135µm cast vinyl film with a carbon fibre embossed pattern. It carries a solvent-based adhesive and a structured PE liner with Hex'Press technology designed for convenient air egress during application. Its flexibility and conformability mean it is principally destined for full vehicle wraps and long-term outdoor applications, but it is suitable for all curved surfaces such as furniture, laptops and cell phones.
Standard rolls are 1,370mm wide with 1,600mm rolls available later.
