The sleek and stylish cases are manufactured using a high grade lightweight plastic similar to that used in the aircraft industry. The unique properties of the plastic case enables perfect and precise forming under the heat and pressure of a traditional T-shirt press used for the image transfer. Using sublimation transfers together with the low-cost bespoke “Pressing and Cooling” jigs the process can be easily incorporated to any existing businesses.
The fully sublimatable high gloss case surface is available with either black or white rimmed edges with unique packaging available for presentation and counter Point of Sale.
