ScreenPro 'head north' to distribute Sun Chemical screen products
Birmingham based print supplies company ScreenPro continues it's strategic expansion program by opening a new printing supplies business in Newcastle upon Tyne.
ScreenPro is part of Sun Chemical’s Screen Rapide distributor network and will become a key supplier of Sun Chemical’s screen products in the North East and Scotland. ScreenPro has partnered with YPS, a supplier of digital hardware, software and inks, who are already based in Killingworth in the North East.
The idea behind the partnership is to use the local knowledge and expertise of the YPS team whilst utilising the extensive product support and logistical capabilities of ScreenPro.
The new company will be called ScreenPro (Northeast) LTD, and will supply everything for screen printers including ink, screen stretching, stencil making and ancillary products, coupled with an in-house colour matching service utilising brand new ink making equipment. They will provide local support to screen printers in the area meeting with them face to face to ensure they receive the advice and support they need. ScreenPro (Northeast) LTD will be servicing clients from the North East right up into the Highlands of Scotland.
The team at both sites have a vast amount of experience in the printing industry with a combined experience of over 200 years.
