FORSSTROM HIGH FREQUENCY AB manufactures and sells machines for welding PVC and PU material through the use of high frequency (HF) technology.
The FORSSTROM head office is situated in the picturesque town of Lysekil on the west coast of Sweden. We sell and service our machines by means of a global network of local representatives and service technicians. We also have a large international customer base.
Our clients manufacture a great variety of products, such as truck and boat covers, tarps, tents, structures, sunshades, pool liners, billboards, inflatable products, liquid tanks, stretch ceilings, valve membranes and oil booms.

At FORSSTROM, we are proud to be able to offer machines of the highest quality. But after close to 40 years in the industry, we also have solid expertise on HF technology and its application and we want to share this knowledge with our customers. We want the FORSSTROM brand to be associated with excellent welding machines as well as solid expertise.
That is why in 2006 we established FAAI - FORSSTROM Advanced Applications Institute. Since 2008, the organisation has had its own centre near the FORSSTROM head office in Lysekil. Here, FORSSTROM has a calm and dedicated environment to actively work to convey knowledge to our customers, with a focus on two key words: demonstration and training, which can both be executed at FAAI.
