Océ UK has appointed Craig Nethercott as the new sector manager for graphic arts

Océ UK has appointed existing senior account manager, Craig Nethercott, as the new sector manager for graphic arts. The former professional rugby player, who has been with the company for a number of years, has a track record of scoring new accounts, particularly in the financial services and utilities sector, where he has initiated work with EDF Energy, Northern Trust and JP Morgan Chase.

Nethercott will report to director of the commercial division for digital document systems, Simon Wheeler. Simon said: “This promotion is evidence of our increased resourcing in the graphic arts sector, which is an important focus for our business. Craig brings excellent communication, client handling and negotiation skills to the role.”

Sports enthusiast Nethercott, who spent almost nine years in western Australia playing and coaching Rugby Union, said: “I look forward to helping Océ continue to expand its business and reputation in the graphic arts market.”

In another appointment, continuous feed sales specialist, James Hansen, has joined Océ from Xerox. He reports to Nethercott and is using his experience to sell continuous feed line and cut-sheet production printers in the graphic arts sector.
