Retail print specialist, Kolorcraft, has achieved ISO 14001 status along with accreditation from the Forestry Stewardship Council and PEFC. ISO 14001 certification recognises the company's environmental management systems, while FSC accreditation was achieved by switching to paper and wood-based products sourced from responsibly managed sources.

Managing director, Phil Findley, said: "In this tough financial climate it would be easy to put environmental considerations on the back burner, but we don't want to do that. We strive at every opportunity to minimise our environmental impact. Last year we introduced a new PVC-free material which is 100 per cent recyclable providing an environmentally friendly option for point of sale items. This is just one strand of environmental management systems and I'm delighted our efforts have been recognised with ISO 14001 and now FSC and PEFC accreditation."
