A selection of digital printing solutions will be presented by HP, including a range of imaging technologies, workflow solutions and partner applications to provide end-to-end systems for print service providers.
Stand highlights include the HP Scitex FB7500, designed to deliver high print speeds and standard three-quarter automation and the HP Designjet L65500 printer. This large-format signage printer uses HP Latex Inks, said to reduce the environmental impact of printing with outdoor and indoor application versatility and durability at high print speeds.
HP will also introduce 14 large format substrates, including five recyclable substrates designed with the environment in mind.
Other printers on show include: the HP Scitex XP2300 3.2m UV roll-to-roll press designed for the outdoor signage market; the HP Scitex XP5300 designed for high-speed, high-volume industrial environments; the HP Scitex FB6700 flatbed rigid-media press for POP and POS displays, samples, short-run packages and exhibition stands. Another printer for POP/POS applications is the HP Scitex FB950, capable of printing on both rigid and flexible media.
Vice president and general manager, large-format printing, imaging and printing group, HP, Santiago Morera, said: "When economies slow down, new opportunities present themselves.
