Your Embroidery Services (YES) is to showcase a new direct to product ink jet printer from DTG. Targeted at volume production, the Viper is designed to increase the output of table-top equipment by taking numerous printing pallets at one time.
The system is capable of taking three standard t-shirt platens simultaneously with a conveyor system to change the platen while the machine is printing. This continuous operation results in impressive production figures. The Viper also boasts a new type of CMYK ink delivery system which uses pressure to ensure a smooth and steady flow. An additional white ink management system controls white ink, for more consistent and economical ink usage.
