J-Teck3, together with the UK dealer and subsidiary, Llannelli-based J-Teck3 UK, will be using Sign and Digital to showcase products including disperse dye inks and pigmented dyes.
Disperse dye inks for sublimation and direct printing on polyester are offered in four lines: J-Eco Subly Nano for sublimation; J-Eco Flag Nano for sublimation and direct printing on flags and banners; J-Eco Print Nano exclusively for direct printing; and J-Eco Print Nano HF for direct printing with high fastness.
All lines are manufactured according to J-Teck's Nanodot technology where dye particles are ground sub micron. The company states smaller particles are more evenly suspended, resulting in even dispersal from the print heads, no clogging and faster drying.
Other products include pigmented dyes (J-Eco Pigment G and J-Eco Pigment T) for direct printing on textiles and graphic substrates, plus acid dyes (J-Acid) for direct printing of silk and polyamide fibres
All J-Eco products have phenol removed and meet EEC environmental standards.
