Productivity and reliability, combined with a flexible design, ensure the Durst Rho 320 roll-to-roll and Rho 700 flatbed UV inkjet printers can help create new opportunities. Both print on a variety of media with an upgradable design which should grow with the business.
Features such as the Quadro Array printhead and a magnetic linear drive print carriage ensure the Rho 320R UV inkjet printer offers optimum quality. White printing and light colour options also enhance quality, along with environmentally friendly Rho Roll Ink, which is said to offer a wide colour gamut and high colour density. This enables economic printing of offset quality, particularly for large format indoor applications. Lightbox displays, illuminated posters, window graphics, POP displays and advertising textiles can all be achieved.
The Rho 320R prints widths up to 320cm on a range of coated and uncoated media at speeds up to 130m2 per hour. Productivity is maximised with the ability to print two rolls side by side up to a width of 160cm each with optional double sided printing.
Quadro Array inkjet technology also plays a major part in the productivity and quality of the Durst Rho 700. The system features a modular build concept which can be adapted to individual requirements, plus a choice of inks, including white and special effect varnish, plus light colours for image quality. There are specific inks for rigid, flexible or absorbing media, ensuring the most cost efficient ink choice.
