Stencils and accessories produced by Christian Koenen are now available from Essemtec Benelux with a 24-hour, six-hour or overnight service available.
Products include stencils, storage systems, washing plants and chemicals for industrial printing processes. Stencils are said to be characterised by their quality and precision due to the fact that the laser-cut stencils have a conical aperture, making them ideal for paste and adhesives printing. Print quality is also improved by reducing the laser cutting speed during stencil production. Furthermore, Christian Koenen's electro polishing process makes apertures smooth for optimal paste release after printing.
